Nautical Baby Shower

Nautical baby showers are classic, classy, and really customizable.  We love how versatile the nautical theme is – your nautical shower could be elegant and upscale or it could be cutesy and fun.  There are all sorts of supplies and decorations that you can find that fit the nautical theme.

You can make a baby shower nautical by using anchors, sailboats, whales, crabs, or even just bunting.  Traditionally, the nautical theme features a lot of navy.  Most nautical items will use navy in their color scheme and many also use either red or light blue.  If you’re wanting to use different colors with your shower, you can find a few items that use other colors or you could use basic supplies in other colors that coordinate with the nautical themed items you get.

To get some ideas for how to use the nautical theme with your baby shower decorations, favors, food, and invitations be sure to check out our favorite ideas on the pages below.

  1. Blue, Navy, and Red Nautical Shower from The Clutch Guide - This shower uses traditional nautical colors of navy and red and it has a great mix of elegant and fun elements.  We love the ombre cake with a sailboat cake topper.  The cake at this shower was made by a bakery, but you can learn how to easily decorate an ombre cake here.
